Hello,

Somewhat of a strange interaction, every time I add a MS library to my project (Professional Analysis Library & Windows Forms User Interface Control Library) it works OK, so long as I keep the project open. As soon as I close the project and try and re-open it Visual Studio just freezes and goes into "not-responding".

I work in a fairly restrictive network environment, so I'm not sure if MS is trying to do some sort of licensing checks over the net which are getting blocked by a firewall or what else might be causing this behavior. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue/found a suitable workaround?

My setup uses a network license server, and I have found MS hits the license server regularly. If I disconnect from the network, I seem to lose local rights to MS after a period of time.

This doesn't seem to be a problem with local licenses.
