If this doesn't work, then I think I'll need a little bit more information about this error. What version of VB are you using? What version of Measurement Studio are you running. Which ActiveX controls are you seeing this error with?
Please let me know if you are still experiencing trouble with this, and I'll be happy to help further.

When I had run the license fixer utility before, something showed up under the licensed controls, but nothing showed up as a broken license. Now, after unregistering and registering the .ocx file as you instructed, nothing shows up at all in the license fixer.
What happens is the application works fine on my dev box. When I go to make the .exe, when the progress bar gets about 2/3 of the way done, the license message pops up.
I am using Visual Basic 6.0. The Measurement Studio is for Visual Studio .NET, Measurement Studio Professional Edition. The P/N is 778801-03. In my Visual Basic project under Components it lists "National Instruments CW Inst 6.0" and "National Instruments CW UI 8.0." I didn't create this application from scratch, I have only gone in added a few enhancements and bug fixes. Please let me know what other information you need from me. This is costing us a lot of time and lost productivity right now, so I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Thanks!

Thanks to Patrick and Josh from NI the problem appears to be fixed. I had installed support for .NET when I needed to install support for VB 6.0.
Thanks for all the help.
