how to compile C language code on 64-bits windows to .so file and then load it in NI Linux Real-Time OS (ARMv7-A) ?

Please help, I want to compile the C language code generated by the matlab model into a dynamic shared library .so file under a 64-bit windows system, and then use the Labview real time module to call and run it on NI Linux Real-Time OS (ARMv7-A) , please tell me how to operate it. I have never learned about embedded. What compiler should I install and how to compile it? Is there anyone who can guide me with the steps? This problem has been bothering me for three weeks
