I hope you enjoyed the holidays. I recommend placing the operational amplifier into a bread board and wiring it directly to avoid having to place this into a printed circuit board. You may want to speak with a school laboratory technician about obtaining one of these or you can purchase them from a number of sources. More than likely, you could pick one up from a local electronics stores. Here is one reference to them:
