Hi,
I'm trying to hook up a BLE Chip to a phone to make a mobile app. The app tracks location and sends out a submarine sound when your close to it. Much like the "Find my IPhone" or "Lost" product where you won't loose your keys and wallet, I would like to combine those two technologies on the smallest chip possible. Can I get any chip with BLE capabilities and it will pair? Also how do I tell the chip what its functions are? In your reply explain this to me like I am a farmer who hasn't used a computer before. Thanks
