cdaq 9191 can not connect to my surface pro4

hi all:

   i have a cdaq 9191, and i want to connect to surface pro 4. i use the max to set ad hoc in the 9191,and 9191 run correctly, the computer with win7 can connect the 9191, but surface pro4(win10 home basic 64bit) can not connect to the 9191. i use other laptop(win10 professional 64bit) also can not connect the 9191. 

   cdaq 9191 have updated to the fireware 1.6, and max version is 15.5,

   surface pro 4 (i5, win10 homebasic simCHS 64bit)

   laptop (i7 ,win10 professional simCHS 64 bit, net card:Realtek RTL8723BE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC,the net card driver is updated)

   other computer(i7, win7 proffessional simCHS 64bit) 

   that means win10 can not connet to 9191's ad hoc?

Due to a design change as of Windows 8.1, ad hoc networks are not supported in Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
