Can DAQ USB 6001 digital output at 5V?

Yes. This one might work. We need one which also has analog outputs so I'm considering 6211 or 6212. We have one 6210 on another device so I took it off and tested it last week. It's weird it still didn't work. I'm pretty sure it should work. I'm gonna try again today.

I presume you are connecting the DGND from the DAQ to ground of your RLY board? Just checking.

Yes, I did. I tried with the wires as the photo I attached. Is there anything wrong with my connection? I tested the relay with the power supply with the same wires so I guess they're all good.

Those connections look correct.

I tried combining two ports together and it worked. Not sure if this is because my laptop only has type-c ports so I used an adapter to connect with the DAQ. Anyway, it worked and I can continue on my test. I'll try it with my another laptop with USB tomorrow.
