Clock Accuracy specification for NI 446x

I need the specification for the sampling rate (internal clock) accuracy specification for the 446X series. I need to know how much the clock skew can be introduced perferrably with temperature info too. Where can I find this information?

Hi,

The NI 446X Specifications has this information.  This is on page 14 which states the following:

Accuracy ......................................... ±20 ppm, over operating temperature range

The operating temperature range for this device is shown on page 15 of the manual as well.
