Hi. First, I am sorry to post what most likely is a beginner question.
I have a USB DAQ6216 and I need a continuous Analog acquisition at full sample rate (2 channels at 200 kS/s each). At the same time, without interrupting the analog acquisition, I need on demand Digital data (3 channels, once per second or so).
First, because I never used digital signals, I need to know if this is possible to do whithout introducing delays on my analog acq. I would also like to know how will the digital channels affect the resources of the board, since I am consuming the full sample rate with my analog channels.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,

I think I found what I am looking for:

However, I would still appreciate if someone could please let me know how this affects the board resources.
Thank you very much.

Hello dmontalvao,
Thank you for posting on National Instruments Forum.
Digitals channels won't affect the ressources of the board when you are acquiring two analogs signals at full rate.
On that board (NI 6216, with SCT2), Analogs and digitals inputs are independents.
