Delay in data acquisition

Hi there.

I have a vi that get a analog channel that measure flow, make some calculations, totalize to volume and save files. The time interval  is 1 second, but I have a delay and the program can't actualize in this time interval, and it causes error in the measurement.

I try to eliminate some vi elements, but it didn't get faster.

I'm use PXI-4351 (traditional daq) and LabVIEW 7.1.

Sounds like the calculations is turning out to be an overhead on Data acquisition

Attach the VI that you have designed.

Probably we could take a look at it and suggest an optimal application design pattern
