Hello does the x-series DAQ cards support External Reference for Analog Output? I'll be using latest LabVIEW, DAQmx and probably the PCIe-6321. If this card does not support this function, please advise.

Hi rberger,
The 632x does not support using an external reference at all. Notice in the specifications that it only has a ±10V range available. The 634x boards likewise do not support using an external reference for Analog Output.
You'll probably want a 635x (e.g. PCIe-6351), which allows you to use the external reference to determine the full scale range of the DAC (see specifications). The 636x also have this feature and have a faster ADC (notice however that aggregate sample rates are the same on the multiplexed versions of the 635x and 636x if you are using more than a single channel).
The older 628x boards had an additional feature of allowing you to use an external voltage reference as the offset of the DAC. No X series boards currently exist with this feature, so if this is what you need you'll have to use the 628x (e.g. PCI-6281).
Best Regards,

Thanks for the reply, I will use the PCIe-6351.
