Internal Ribbon Connector on 6251

On the PCI 6251 (and others), there is an internal header where you could conceivable connect a ribbon cable. What is this? Any idea where it is documented? Do the 34 pins there map to the first 34 pins in Connector 0? I'm having trouble finding it in the manual, though I might just be looking for the wrong terminology.

That is the RTSI bus to allow synchronization between multiple DAQ cards.
