I want to measure the resistance of 4 varying resistance by USB6009. When I choose "Resistance" in DAQ assistance it shows a unrelated values for the resistances. Is there any method to connect resistances and measure them?
Thanks

The 6009 (and all DAQ module/boards as far as I know) only measure voltage. You can measure resistance by applying a know current through the resistor and measure the voltage drop and calculate the resistance. You can also do a voltage divider with a know resistor in series and measure the voltage drops to calculate the unknown resistance.

Hello,
You may also want to look into the USB-4065, which is capable of taking resistance measurements.

Thanks for the suggestions.
It seems that USB6009 can only apply and measure Voltage. Therefore, I am trying to use voltage divider to measure resistance. Is there any other method to measure resistance with USB6009?
Unfortunately, at this point I cannot buy another device.
Thanks,

As already written, you can use
a voltage divider
a bridge
a current source ( 1k and a BF245 makes about 1mA )
use the R in RC timer and measure the frequency
... the more important questions are :
application?
range?
uncertaincy?

Depending on the values of resistance you need to measure, you may need to take into account that the analog input resistance is about 144Kohms. This may affect your results.
