Multiple DAQ cards in pxie 1073 chassis

I'm using PXIe 1073 chassis. And I need to use 2 PXI 6229 DAQ Cards at once. I know 1073 has 5 slots. Can I use two slots out of 5 at once. I'm accessing the DAQ card's IO through C# program. Thanks

Yeah, you can use all 5 slots at once as well, there are PXI bus routes to each slot which takes care of signal routing.
