I have an instrumentation box which runs off a NI-6343 unit, which has 6 Thermocouple channels, 6 Analogue in, and 4 Analogue out.
Tried to connect a new device to Analogue in 1 today, and on NI Max was finding that there was interference across other channels. Removed from the test rig to bench test the NI device, and found that when a 3V input (any voltage or any input) is applied to any channel, all channels see the voltage. I have checked the wiring, and I have checked the physical channels assigned in Max, and nothing seems to be the problem. This issue is consistent across all available connections. Tried wiring setup as differential, RSE and NRSE, issue consistent regardless of setup.
Looking for suggestions of next steps.

This is called "Ghosting" and it is typical of a multiplexed ADC architecture.
