Hi,
I am looking for a solution for data acquisition for battery. I need to measure the battery current and voltage and save the data in excel spreadsheet or in labview measurement file lvm. The range of current is 0-20A and voltage range is 0-200V. Any NI product which can do this without any other additional circuit? Thank you.

You need an external power supply/electronic load.
Just calculate your spec's: max rating is 20A*200V=4kW. You won't get that out of an USB, PCI or the like, you need a 3-phase plug with 32 Amp fuse at least.
So don't expect anyone who can give you both in a single device: measurement readings connected to a PC and the electrical power you need.

Felix , I assume he only wants to measure the current and voltage. However he didn't tell us the uncertainties he need nor the dynamics. Traceability needed? Lab or EOL use?
While I'm sure there are DAQ or DMM cards that can measure 200V directly ( and might have protection needed against high voltage spikes that might/will occur) the current will need a external shunt or hall/LEM sensor.
I suggest a call at his local NI rep.

Ah, I missread the OPs intention. Well DMMs should work. And if I remember correctly, the cRIO family also. DAQ (with signal conditioning): 60V was the highest I did find. The product selection guid allows you to specify your desired voltage level.

I was 'inspired' by this thread:
