I'm using a USB-6218 device to read signals for studies about electrical power quality on “differential” input configuration and “on demand” mode. At first the device worked well until it has shown a problem. In the MAX program, appears a caution symbol ("!") over the device icon. When I use the test panel the screen doesn't show anything and an error-200474 is reported.
If I reset the device through MAX a message that it was reseted is showed but the problem doesn't disappear. If I make a self-test, the device passes at the test in spite of the problem. When I try to calibrate USB-6218, the program stops working requiring me to disconnect the device from computer.
Is this a software or hardware problem?
Thanks.

It sort of sounds like you blew the device after subjecting it to inputs greater than absolute maximum allowed. How was the input referanced to ground?

Good morning,
Follow the links for the error that happens in your application, if not please send a "PrintScreen" error to be able to find a possible solution. Thank you.

Hi Guimaraes,
In the calibration process , you SHOULD disconnect the board to make a isolated test in MAX.
Try to realize this test and report here if you have any errors.

I was reading a voltage signal from a voltage stabilizer (of course I conditioned the signal using a voltage divider). I decided to connect the AI GND to ground output of that device. I have made a mistake?
Excuse for my English.
Thanks.
