Problems installing with 64-bit Windows XP

Hi,

I am trying to install the software for a NI-DAQmx on 64-bit Windows XP.  Shortly into the installations, I get an error that says "The 64-bit IVI Shared Components require Windows Vista or higher."  I am able to click continue, and the installation goes on and seems to be working, but at the end, it says that the installation failed.  I receive error messages a couple more times during the process like "The NI SCXI for 64 Bit Windows 1.11.0 installation has failed," and then it tells me that the installation has failed.  I have tried using the CD that came with the hardware and downloading straight from the website, and both gave the same errors.  Are there any solutions to this?

DAQmx is not supported on 64-bit XP-- only 32-bit XP is supported; if you need to use a 64-bit operating system with DAQmx, you'll have to use Vista or Windows 7.
