Synchronize Analog Input and TTL Output

Dear all,

I have an analog triangle signal coming at a certain frequency (10 mHz, T=100 s). I would like to create a TTL output that is matched in frequency and synchronized with this analog signal.

Is this possible with my PCI 6733?
