The device is not responding to the first DMA channel

I have a couple of legacy AT-AO-10 that we're migrating to a new computer (upgarding to latest hardware).  Though when I try to test the resources in MAX I get a pop-up stating "The device is not responding to the first DMA channel."  Any suggestions?

Thank you

Hi lupinal,

What version of MAX are you using?

I'm running version 4.4.1.49152.  Would a later version get me up and running?

Hi lupinal,

I looked into the DAQ issue and I believe that your drivers are fine. You said you moved to a new computer. I found this knowledge based article that is for another legacy device NI AT-MIO-16. For this board it seems that it is not compatible with faster bus speeds.

I wonder if there is a similar issue for the AT-A0-10. What was the bus speed of your old computer?
