How can I use my NI USB-6001 device on mac OS X?

I'm using LabView 2018 for mac.

Hi cornelsurf,

according to the documentation about data acquisition on macOS in order to use certain devices you need to install NI-DAQmx Base drivers, unfortunately, they are not supporting your device. The workaround may be to install any virtual machine with Windows OS and use LabVIEW and NI-DAQmx Drivers.
