USB-6008 OEM

Does anyone know what type of IC is U4 on the USB-6008 OEM?

Applied wrong Voltage and is gone, need to replace it.

It appears to be a NAND gate, but I want to make sure.

The U4 is a  5V, Single 2-Input positive NAND Gate.
