Hello,
I am trying to use a USB-6212 with LabVIEW 8.5.1 and DAQmx 8.7.1. When I plug the USB cable in I get the usual prompt to install the drivers for it. But I get a message that says "The data is invalid" and that the device did not install properly.
Any ideas?

Nevermind. I reinstalled DAQmx and it worked.

If you're on an XP machine, there's a microsoft hotfix available that addresses invalid/missing data... is that what you're seeing?
MAX will alert you to the missing hotfix/potential problem with a yellow "!" in the device tree.
