Hi Eric

I am using this USB 6229 harware for the speed measurement. But the amplitude of signal A, signal B and signal Z is 24V. Is it allowed directly to connect these signals to USB 6229 (PIN 81,PIN 83 and PIN85)? If no, how can I do it?

No, you cannot connect 24V directly to any pin of USB 6229. You need to use a level translator to bring it down to 5V levels.
