USB 6361 - How to generate trigger signal on specified channel

Finally got through this problem. Application I made is simple, so the solution for the problem was also simple.

I've  showed a big lack of experience in working with electronic devices.

I did connect phiscally PFI15 and PFI14, but didn't connect the Digital Grounds corresponding to those channels. 

Now, it looks like everything is working just fine.
