We're trying to evaluate the calibration verification requirements of an cDAQ 9171 USB Single slot chassis.
We're using a cDAQ 9171 to take some simple +/- 5 volt readings using a 9205 analog input module. The 9205 has a specific calibration/verification manual for voltage measurements, no confusion there at this time.
This article has a general verification process for cDAQ Chassis which focuses on a Digital Input module. Is this something that's going to affect the analog voltage signals we're picking up? Is there a way to verify calibration using the module we already have? Or is the 9205 calibration process the only one that's relevant to our simple voltage gathering setup?

The calibration of the chassis is only for digital I/O. Therefore I don't believe it will affect the analog readings. The module calibration should be the only one that is relevant for analog tasks.
