Hello we have a problem with one of your card(map) DAQ2214 as well as the labview software the problem is the following one: the card(map) DAG2214 is not recognized by the labview software, we downloaded everything pilot on your site as well as driver and DAQMaster_v1.53, ACLS-LVIEW V3.13, ACLS-LVIEW V3.13. We restarted our pc several times but it does not resolve the problem can use us thank you in advance

That card is not an NI product so I don't understand your posting here. What exactly do you mean that it's not recognized by LabVIEW? Have you contacted the actual vendor?

Hello we returned contacts it with the salesman who advised(recommended) us of downloaded driver of the card what we have make but after that he(it) is impossible for us of used the card with the software LabVIEW nevertheless the card(map) DAQ2214 is compatible with your software. LabVIEW do not see the card does not detect her(it) while Windows yes. We think that the problem comes can be of the software before of you contacted we uninstalled and reinstalled the software with supplied driver can you we helped thank you

The vendor of the card is Adlink, not some salesman you talked to. They make the board and software. They support the board and software - not NI.

 

Your response is hard for me to understand. You do not provide any information on the problem except 'it does not work'. I asked what you were doing in LabVIEW to detect the card. You did not answer.

 

p.s. LabVIEW is not my software anymore than it is yours.

The procedure that I followed is the following one I create a new VI I select assistant DAQ I select analogical entrance(entry) then I select tension or frequency the software posts(shows) me the list of the physical way supported(born) by saying to me that he(it) not there no ring road(peripheral) supporting my demand

The DAQ Assistant is only for NI DAQ cards. You CANNOT use that. You have to use the functions provided in the driver from Adlink.

 

You should have mentioned the DAQ Assistant in your first post.

No, sorry. The Adlink site requires registration. You should really be asking Adlink but I would imagine that functions for their card would be on one of your palettes if they wrote the driver correctly and you installed them to the right place. If you have a user manual or instructions you can attach them and maybe someone can read them and help but to repeat - You should really be asking Adlink.

Thank you for your answer however we would have a last question know you in which directory lures install(settle) us the pilots(drivers) and the drivers of the card(map) so that labvew read them? thank you
