where do I find AI configure.vi, AI start.vi, AI control.vi, AI clear.vi, AI read.vi? Are they online?

They are all Traditional DAQ functions
 
You will have to install  Traditional DAQ  Device drivers to get these vi's in your LabVIEW
 
You can download the latest version for Windows from here
