I need to do an inductor measurement tests, it is required that the measurement is in henry but I do not know with what instrument to measure it
Will there be any DAQ that could do that?

Frequency (range)?
Needed uncertainty?
How fast do you need to make the measurements?
Traceability needed?
Usually one would use a LCR meter ..
An AC current (or voltage) is applied and the (complex) voltage (or current) is measured, followed by some math.
For lowest uncertainties usually balanced (inductive) AC bridges are used.
Most DAQs with two analog voltage inputs and (internal or external) AC source (analog output) and a known resistor (or cap or inductor) can measure a complex impedance. The question is the resulting uncertainty 😉 You can even do it with your PC soundcard 😄
And usually you don't have a simple inductor... a series resistor and a parallel capacitor would be one of the simpler models for a real inductor 🙂
