matlab-analog input reading problem

Hi,

I have a a problem with analog input reading. I use matlab legacy interface and NI PCI 6120. I send square pulse to the card however I obtain some data having decaying trend as you can see in the attached figure. What can be the reason? The card is working well with National Instrument's software.

Since it sounds like the card is working fine and this isn't an issue with NI software or hardware, please direct this question to MathWorks support.
