Hi, I recently got a hold of a new mioDAQ USB-6421 and it is having a hard time staying connected with usb-c. I currently have NI-DAQmx 2024 Q4.
My problem is that every three seconds, the mioDAQ turns off/ disconnects from the computer and immediately reconnects. I am seeing both USB PWR LED and USER LED light up in a red color before it disconnects. Sometimes when the mioDAQ stays on a little longer, maybe 4 seconds, my computer gets the Device Detected popup. I have tried different usb-c cables and ports on my computer still getting the same problem. I have tested the usb-c ports on my computer and cables by connecting my phone and it does not disconnect.
Any help would be appreciated.
