 Hi,

       We are using a NI USB 6251 DAQ with a 32 bit windows 7 PC. 

 

Earlier everything worked fine but suddenly one day, on connecting the DAQ it shows USB device not recognised. Moreover, the LEDs for Ready or Active dont light up. Only the Power indicator is On. We tried changing the cable and the PC but still it shows the same problem. I would be really glad if someone can help me out with this situation. I tried re installing the latest drivers and LabView 2014 but still I face the same problem. 

 

I tried self testing using MAx but I got this(as shown below)
