DXF Export of Copper Layers

When I export the top or bottom copper layer to DXF, the resulting file shows the copper traces "broken" into segments.  They are not a true representation of the copper layer.  Is there a setting to generate an exact duplicate of the copper layers?

Hi OniEng01,

some times we face throuble exporting DXF if the default unit is not "mil". I suggest you to always export DXF using "mil" as measurement unit.

I get the same problem, when I export a copper layer as DXF and than view that file in AutoCAD the copper is all broken up. I’m using Utilbaord 14 and AutoCAD 2014. I set the output to MIL as suggested but no change.
