Design error: Pin "12 " from part "U1"(74HC00N_6V) in net "0" is missing from shape "SOIC127P600X175-14N".

Using MS/UB 13.0

Using 74HC00 in a design but SMD version so selected SOIC-D-14 footprint.

When I transferred to Ultiboard I got the subject message, and it was repeated for pins 13, 9, 10 and 8

What's going on here, and how can I fix it.

That's not relevant - all the pins need to be assigned for this part to work, all I want is an SO14 footprint I can use with a 74HC00 part from the database, IOW why are you shipping broken footprints.
