Spice Interpretation : MultiSim GUI -vs- Command Line Interface

Experiencing convergence problems with Spice commands via the CLI. With the GUI, the same commands simulate correctly. Both with the same netlist. I also copied the Spice commands from the GUI summary and entered these via the CLI..Still convergence errors. Is there a document that explains the differences ?

According to the documentation. It should work the same. Can you tell us more like: 

What kind of commands are you trying to run?

Have you tried with different circuits or components?
