转角编码器使用的精度是0.5度，就是每转720个脉冲。采集的数据是重复的，精度变成1度了。这个脉冲是作为外部时钟，和其他的任务同步。本人新建了一个角度任务和另一个任务同步的程序，采集的值是正确的。可在前一个程序中采集的值就是不规范不精确的。
