Do the examples "MT Baseband PLL Measurements" or "MT Passband PLL Measurements" help?

Possibly at paths equivalent to

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2016\examples\Modulation\simulation examples\Interactive\MT Baseband PLL Measurements.vi

There is no modulation option.I can't download NI modulation kits.
