Measurements Live not connecting after Windows update

I am trying to report a bug with Measurements Live and the latest windows update. The NI Report A Bug page requires a software serial number. What is the serial number for Measurements Live?

add the Elvis url to your java security settings, fixed it for us

Still cannot connect on any of our laptops with any of our ELVIS boards. Pop-ups are allowed, site it not blocked. Can connect to the drive on the ELVIS and through NI MAX, but hangs when trying to connect to Measurements Live (see attached images).Fails to connect to Measurements LiveCan access remote driveCan connect via NI MAX

downgrade chrome to chrome ver69

[Blauch]

Downgraded to Chrome version 86 and everything worked as normal. Updated to latest Chrome version 89 and the problem returned.
