如何获取当前日期与时间（精确到毫秒）？

我有这样一个问题：我在用Labview写提个基于UDP的网络通信程序，每秒钟之内接收N条消息，每两条消息之间的间隔不确定（毫秒级），我想获取接收到消息的那一刻的精确时间（毫秒级），但是目前Labview提供的获取日期/时间函数的精度只能到秒，请问有没有实现方式？谢谢！

Format Date/Time String with "%y.%m.%d %H:%M:%S%2u"

i.e. 09.01.12 10:51:38.54
