因项目需要， 需对方给我推送数据，然后我保存数据到数据库。于是我建立了web服务器，把服务器和报文格式发给对方， 让对方给我推送数据，但是我web客户端用测试端口8001 推送数据 就可以正常写入数据库， 而用8080 端口推送数据 就不能写入数据库，只能写入文本文件 或者csv文件。不知道什么原因？实例中为公网ip 大家可以尝试

这个解决了 不能用 odbc方式连接数据库 需要用纯字符串方式连接
