高级信号工具包里有平均瞬时频率（即MIF）和带宽（MIB），有没有求平均瞬时时宽和时间中心的方法呢？我的理解MIF和MIB分别是信号的频率中心和频率带宽，那么有没有相应的计算信号的时间中心和时间宽度的VI呢？
