MAX timed out while waiting on a driver, info code MAXGeneralTimeoutError

When expending Devices and interface or selecting some other option in Measurement&Automation Explorer(MAX),I get a MAX Timeout Error with the following message:

                       MAX timed out while waiting on a driver, MAXGeneralTimeoutError.

How can I solve this problem?
