MyRio USB connection

Hello everyone,

probably this has been asked a thousand time here but here we go:

Attached VI is running fine when connected to the PC per USB directly.

But when connected to the USB-Slot on the my RIO it wont run anymore with the following error Code:

any Help/Ideas is appreciated
