Use of NI-RIO scan mode from a C++ application

I want to know if there is any option to manage a NI-9350 module (scan) directly from a C/C++ application. In my application it is not planned to used LabVIEW/RT.

You might check out DCAF. I use DCAF with a C application on Linux RT.
