C# User interface

Hi

I'm not sure how important this is, but it has caused me a headache when trying to build my Visual Studio solution on a TeamCity CI server.

Below is  a snippet from the basic C# UI example code:

All DLL's are added the Windows GAC in the list below APART from TestStand.Utility (possibly something to do with "StrongName").

Does anyone know why this is?
