I am a new TS user, I am prepare the CTD.
in the CTD Sample Exam, has this :
If the test fixture cannot be initialized
o Suppress all errors (but mark the test as an error)
o Record that it could not initialize the test fixture using an Additional Results step
in the solution exam, I do not find where the sample *.seq to cover this.

Ok, this is an exam question, but still: ask yourself what would be the best solution...
What makes the most sense for an operator, technician, developer, ....

Apparently nothing is what makes sense because that's what the example exam does

The Sample Exam does not cover those requirements. The Sample Exam is just an example of a passing exam, which only has to get a 70% or higher.
In these specific requirements, I would recommend using the Initialize SP25 step to have a conditional Additional Result that says if the step passed or failed. Then I might use a Post Expression, or a step after that to generate an error so the test terminates. The error could have verbiage like "After turning on power, the SP25 was not able to be communicated with. Terminated Test".

Here you are a good solution from hongcc1:

I think they want you to use the example test sequence for overriding engine callback of errors.
I got 18% on the test so take my advice with a grain of salt lol
