I use TestStand 4.1.

To deploy, in the user guide, "select Tools>>Deploy TestStand System" to launch the TestStand Deployment Utility.

The problem is that in the menu "Tools", I do not have" Deploy TestStand System", I only have "Customize..." 

How can I deploy my system ?

It sounds like you Teststand hasn't installed correctly. Has it always been like this, what else maybe missing.

You could try deleting the tools.ini files Teststand\cfg folder, then launch Teststand SeqEditor. It should rebuild it.

Ok, thanks. I remove TestStand and re install it and I have the full menu.

But, I have another problem while trying to create a deployment.

It requires NI LabWindows/CVI 9.0.1 Base Package and I only have the 8.0 release.

How can I do ?
