Exception Error Code -2147024882

Hello,

during a night long test, my sequence has shown me this pop-up message that I have copied to the attached txt. I translate here the only Italian sentence which is written in the log:

Possible System Error: The available memory resources aren’t enough to complete the operation.

The message occurred during the OTF operation, but I don’t understand why, I mean I have set the OTF option as follow:

• Processing interval 1.50s
• Maximum Number of Results 500
• the Automatically Tune Interval is enabled

And I have never hade problem about memory, instead I have solved them using OTF for long execution.

Is there someone who had the same problem?

Hi,

Though not for OTF but i have seen this error during report generation of large sequences.

The reason is as the error states....the memory keeps on increasing ( check through task manager or other memory usage tools). Even with the OTF i have seen this behaviour.

Is OTF running in parallel to the TestStand execution.Can it run after the execution?

If not Few Things to try :

1) Disable the tracing ( Debugging takes some memory)

2) Remove logging of all unwanted steps ( example in loops, action steps,etc)

3) Unload modules ( if you can in your application ) at different stages if possible. ( This depends on your application architecture).
