HIL testing for Voice Recognition (Siri/Bixby/Google Commands) through headset.

Want to develop test automation to test infotainment module for Voice Recognition commands through headset, basically HIL testing of infotainment module.

Please let me know any ideas how this can be achieve through NI products.

Infotainment and headset will be connected through bluetooth.

NI has products to generate analog signals and capture analog signals. These products when interfaced with a microphone and a speaker will enable you to test your audio products.

For your application, you just need a set of pre-recorded voice commands which are played through an Analog Output card through a speaker and a way to see if your product under test responded to the command.

Edit: I overlooked your requirement for Bluetooth. So, you can either use an off-the-shelf 3.5mm audio to Bluetooth transmitter interfaced with an analog output card to send the command or get fancy and get an RF Vector Signal Generator to generate the low-level Bluetooth signal. The latter idea with RF VSG will be useful if you're trying to evaluate/test the Bluetooth protocol itself but yours does not seem like that. If your test station has inbuilt Bluetooth adapter, you can configure windows to use Bluetooth as audio device, connect to your infotainment system, play any sound on Windows (your recorded command) which will be transmitted to your infotainment system.
