Is this a proper way to add session in NI PXIe-4143 (NI Dc Power)?

I am new to NI Teststand. While adding a new session on Ni DCPower I am getting a error "Instrument cannot be found" I have attached the error and the function for adding the session.
But the instrument is correctly named as per NI Max and is installed.
I am using Ni Teststand-2020.

Could someone help what could be the problem here?

From the error it seems the drivers are not corectly installed.

Can you check from MAX if there is a way to control the device and check if it works correctly.

Can you run some example programs associated with this device.
